I promise you, my computer can more than handle this game lol. At least it should.

The screen edge texture pop in is a problem in the game engine (idtech 5) all games that use it have this problem on some level, i read somewhere that setting fov to 100 could help but i don't really notice any difference.
Hdd speed and possible fragmentation probably affects this also, so if you have it installed on mechanical hdd check that there's no fragmentation on the hdd.
When I had the game, I tried creating a cache folder (I did so many alternatives that people suggested to fix it) But it was just as bad as when I started. Hopefully someone sees this and tries it though, good luck to everyone

that really should be stickied.
Basically the game is trying to create and use use a 1gb texture cache at %localappdata%/MachineGames/Wolfenstein The Old Blood
.. However the game fails to create this folder path, and so, has no texture cache active.
Simply creating the folder reduced texture pop-in by 95% for me.
It's now happening only on NEW textures, and not literally every time I turn around.
