Graphics issue?
For some reason no matter what graphics settings I set the game at, the game is constantly rendering. So I will turn around and the world around me will only just now render and it kind of ruins the game a lot. Is anyone having the same issue? Sorry if i didnt exactly explain it correctly.

Same here. I had no issues with playing The New Order on highest settings whatsoever, but The Old Blood shows the "rendering" problem in the way you describe it. Nothing seems to help or effect it either. Sucks... I'm betting there won't be a patch to solve this seeing the game is about 2 years old now :(

Creating a cache folder the game can use but fails to generate it on it's own might help a bit, instructions in another discussion:

The screen edge texture pop in is a problem in the game engine (idtech 5) all games that use it have this problem on some level, i read somewhere that setting fov to 100 could help but i don't really notice any difference.

Hdd speed and possible fragmentation probably affects this also, so if you have it installed on mechanical hdd check that there's no fragmentation on the hdd.

When I had the game, I tried creating a cache folder (I did so many alternatives that people suggested to fix it) But it was just as bad as when I started. Hopefully someone sees this and tries it though, good luck to everyone

I found a wonderful thread on the forums, via google search,
https://steamcommunity.com/app/350080/discussions/0/620712364043746268/
that really should be stickied.

Basically the game is trying to create and use use a 1gb texture cache at %localappdata%/MachineGames/Wolfenstein The Old Blood

.. However the game fails to create this folder path, and so, has no texture cache active.
Simply creating the folder reduced texture pop-in by 95% for me.
It's now happening only on NEW textures, and not literally every time I turn around.
