Is there any chance of controller support? just can't play platformers with keyboard... :(

It does support controllers, just plug it in and play.

well, mine doesn't work. but didn't tried for months.

My PS4 controller has always worked fine. Don't know about other controllers.

My xbox one controller is never recognised. if I unplug it and plug it back in the curser in the options screen just scrolls forever. I havent been able to play this game since i bought it due to none of the controllers I own working with it. pretty dissapointed cuase this game looks good.

Not that this discussion has anything to do with the piece of news here, but the way to get your controller to work with this game is to launch it through steam's big picture mode, and set the default controller mode that steam is recommending. Be sure to also select the controller mode in the game menus (Settings -> controls), and deactivate the "D-pad only"-setting which seems to cause the endless scrolling. The game works fine with my Xbox one S controller when set up this way.
