Im missing an upgrade between the dash booster v and the triple shot. Where is this located?

The joy of playing these types of games is finding the things yourself, no matter how hard. I'm saying this not for criticism, but because I had the urge to ask for directions too but I'm progressing well on the postgame, on my own. It takes hours to me to find a new step or to interpret the clues. I even took a paper and pen and began translating things on my own. Amazing game

The Rough Map was also the last upgrade I found, I felt so stupid since it's located on a place that's easier to reach than a lot of other collectibles (I already had collected all diskettes by then).
