is there ANY guide for health pick ups?

I'm trying really hard to like the game, it has its moments, but it's frustratingly hard with how little health you have, how much you have to backtrack when you die, and how the game is full of one-way paths that force you to take long detours just to get back to where you were if you try to explore (seriously, why were those metal gates needed after you power on the generator?). I have 20 health and I just got the heat suit, and honestly, if I hadn't dug for information I'd probably still be at 14. Is there anywhere I can look up health pick ups so at least I won't die as often?

thanks for the reply, but i ended up finishing the game saturday :P after the vertical dash i managed to get to 30 health, the triple shot, and the supercharge module, which honestly trivialized the game. i still don't know what attacks the first two phases of the final boss have because of that lol

Yeah, once you get fully powered up the game it almost laughably easy. Well, the main game it. Some of the post-game bosses as a real challenge. XD

thanks for the locations but I cant seem to find out how to get to wherever they are still... this is so frustrating hehe

I can't figure out how to access Health Pack at 23-4. I can clearly see it breaks the wall to the left of room. But there isn't any path that links up to there from the map. Just a blank spot and the elevator shaft.

There's a path to it in the lower large elevator shaft
