you can play the game for free and uncensored already, no point for giving money for a lesser version of the game

Don't play the saturn version, it's already censored (and this version wants to add more censorship on top of the existing one). Play the PC engine one instead.

PC-98 (confusing, I know)
The PC-98 was a computer, where you could sell porn.
Porn on consoles was always a no-no, even in Japan.
