Edit:
Here's the store page.
How about: Will it be available on steam when the game launches?
(ie: Will it be an exclusive elsewhere first?)
I would feel safe in assuming that a lack of a clarification in a dev response, would act as a silent admittance to some form of exclusivity.
Come on man, maybe they are too busy to read every post and answer every question on this board. I think it's nice enough that they took the time to answer the first question.
Obviously, the game is behind schedule, it no longer has even a vague projected release date. Whether the dev who spoke above, who if I understand correctly is ONE OF THE TWO PEOPLE MAKING THE GAME entirely on there own, whether this person has other responsibilities in life, other jobs, tasks, projects, etc. each of which demand time and attention, at the very least we know, without knowing anything else about this person's life, we know at least that the task of completing this game is with certainty, overwhelming all by itself, the status of the game and its current state confirm this.
In other words, dude, they are probably busy. Too busy to come back and answer that exclusivity question and I would bet that at this point, they would be happy to just have the game finished on one single platform without even getting paid to make it exclusive.
Hell I say if they did get offered money to take it exclusive go for it, even if it's not a system I will ever own, just so that the game gets made and they get something back from all the work they've put in.
