How to get "unlocking all achievements"?? Can someone fix this problem?

How to get "unlock all achievements"? I have got all other achievements (9/10), and I haven't got the last - "unlock all achievements"> Why? :/ Is it bug?

Did you verify intergrity of your game cache and then try finishing the game once again?

Nope. I think that achivement is broken, because some people wrote about that problem on game forum. I can try, but I don't think so it will help me.

Apparently you have to get all achievements under the same game profile. Sigh - already completed game a second time to figure out what I missed - guess now I need a third time.
