Issues starting the Game

I am having issues starting this game. It used to play on my computer, but now freezes in the first screen before I have even started. Should I un-instal it and re-instal it to get it to work.

Thats why I asked. I am going to try a re-install and see wether that works.

I know it does not help, but it works for me. I have installed it a few days ago an started it today. Maybe something is fixed.

Steam. Is it a windows compatibility issue??\

This worked fine in Win7, two systems. Upgrated to Win 10, two systems, and now is HUGE and no input device, mouse or keyboard. It is also off center.

Tried reinstalling game several times. Tried using compatiblity, putting it back to Win 7 and 8. Reinstalled steam several times. Played with screen resolution on the computers.

This and another look for silly stuff game here both. Other games are fine.

BTW....had trouble reloading Steam. Got some silliness about being unable to load steamui.dll

Tried all kinds of things, suggestions here, etc. and what finally worked was to download the sT Steam file from Microsoft Edge, not Chrome.

But...sheesh....this is annoying!!!!
