Greetings, everyone!

We've had close to 10.000 players trying out the playtest build of our game, providing us with endless stream of invaluable feedback which helps us fix the bugs and improve the game. For that you have our heartfelt thanks!

As of yesterday we've put in a halt on accepting new playtesters, but don't be discouraged by these news. We have some amazing news - Quarantine Zone's Demo will be released on 22nd of May. In just a few short weeks, everyone will be able to check the most recent version of our game.

To all the amazing playtesters we've accepted so far - you will keep access to the playtest build till the demo is out. We are looking forward to hearing more feedback to make the demo release even better!

Quarantine Zone Playtest #2 Update #2

1. Base Management & Resource Cart

Fixes:

Resource cart camera bug
During resource purchase in tablet UI, resource cost wasn't correctly applying which ended up costing player much more with each consequitive purchase than intended
Fixes related to power blackout event
Crash when accessing Base Management UI
You can no longer see instruments as props when controlling the resource cart
Buildings in Base Management UI now correctly list the required power

Changes:

Resource cart no longer has any physics interaction when not controlled/driven by a player
Improved handling of resource cart
Added UI for base upgrades purchases
In Base Management section of Tablet UI added extra visual clues to indicate if certain building is powered on

2. Base defences & convoy escort

Added UI to replenish ammo for special weapons
Added tooltip for drone controls
Drone starting position and gravity interaction (influences handling)

Quarantine Zone | Second Playtest

Quarantine Zone is starting second round of playtesting today! We will make this playtest a gradual one, meaning we first will grant access to all the players who took part in the first playtest and we will begin by adding 1000 players from wait list per day.

Playtest #2 Release Patch
