New strat:
Round 1 - Aria - Celero
Round 1 - Kaya - Auctus Herba or Moderatio Herba (and try to spawn Kaya dice from it, instead of Aria dice)
Round 2 - Aria - Conficere Par (+3 dice for Aria)
Round 2-6 - Kaya - Invitare (a lot more reliable than Lux, but still a bit random)
Round 3-6 - Aria - Ops Eximius (3 dice are chosen and the aoe around them gets a burst of spirit)
Also, your first move is free. As in, you don't need to manually do the combination with the dice. Just pause game and choose the move you want. Don't do this in rounds after because it resets your spirit.
This will only work so far with Domino as the teacher in the chapel.
Round 1 - Aria - Celero. (cross cross moon) +3 dice value each day.
Round 1 - Kaya - Auctus herb. (book hand cross) Spawns 3 seeds for 3 dice.
Round 2-3 - Aria - Imitor-Ars. (hand moon moon) Copys Kaya's spell.
Round 2-3 - Kaya - Revivi-ficare (cross moon moon) spawns 5 dice.
By day 3 each girl should now have 13 dice EACH plus seeds, which now grow in value.
Round 4-6 - Aria - Ops Eximius (book glove cross) dice explosions with 29 dice on the field.
Round 4-6 - Kaya - Invitare (glove crown moon) flying crazy angel.
With this I can reliably get between 1000-1500 each spirit.

Use Domino as teacher in chapel.
Day 1: Aria - Imitor Ars & Kaya - Revivificare
Day 2: Aria - Celero & Kaya - Moderatio Animal
Day 3: Aria - Imitor Ars & Kaya - Bolidis
Day 4-6: Aria - Remano Horaef & Kaya - Invisibilis
I normally autocast Day 1-3 because the spirit you'll have up to that point is negligible compared to the final result.
This gets several thousand spirit of each and you can definitely max out their spirit each time.
Celero stacks with itself.
instead of cliking the dice, you can directly clik the spell, this set the spirit at zero, but the spells remain. Choose the best spells and on the last round you get a lot of spirits.
i personaly stop at the second last round an let luck decide, but i have already the spells from the last playthough, so there is almost always something
most spells i use is for more dice and that they are more worth
