Code 8; Authenticated cookie: verification error -- error on startup, doesnt work

My daughter's Panda Browser has stopped working entirely now. It used to only show this error "Code 8; Authenticated cookie: verification error" on startup on 1 of my computers however its now showing that error on 3 computers.

Windows 10 OS (all 3 computers)
No firewalls (disabled).
No AV (disabled).
I have been checking the forums and as a workaround I have tried in the web browser but I bought this via steam so I do not have an email address to login with as a workaround.

She loves Panda Browser. Please can this be resolved or tell me what to do to fix it?

Hi, sorry for the troubles.

Can you, please, navigate to the folder:

c:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Panda School Browser\
(depends on your configuration, should work if your system drive is C:)

take a look inside and there should be a file panda-messages.log. Please send it to our email [e-mail].
