Can't take items out of the "Change Pouch"

It changes the items to other items, but I can't seem to take them out? Am I missing something?

I have sufficient storage space to take out everything, but the options for everything but "Guide" can't be selected.

Only a "Magic Pouch" can have items removed from it. The other pouch types must be destroyed by throwing them in order to recover the items inside. Alternatively you can read a Suction Grimoire to remove the items while keeping a pouch intact.
