That is not completely out of the question. They state that they're not planning to release the DEMO on Steam. https://gyazo.com/996acb9f4b92c8db6fed1a62d6d9f7e0

It could mean there will be one, but it could also mean there won't. They don;t seem to want to say, they just keep saying "A DEMO is not planned for Steam".

The only current way for the us to get a demo is via steam right now.

Just dont get your hopes up.

That's false, there are many other ways to get a DEMO. But yeah, there is still a very high possibility we won't be getting a DEMO... So agreed to not get our hopes up...

Most of the times I agree with you Jug, but this time i'm sorry to tell you that we won't get a demo. Think about it, the only way to play Naruto in PC is via Steam... Also, Namco has never said ''PC'' when talking about the game in PC, they always say Steam.

Yeah, it sucks, PC users should be the first ones to get a Demo because unlike consoles, we need to check if our computers can run the game.

Huh, I guess I've never thought of it like that, just every-time when they mentioned there won't be a PC DEMO, they include the "on Steam". Which always confuses me they're meaning they plan to release it somewhere else, or just not on Steam... It's almost like they don't want us to try it out on the PC, because like you said, us PC users need to see if our PC can even handle it...

Just... It makes no sense to me, I'm getting all confused, what is the common sense in releasing a DEMO for the consoles, and not the PC?...

Most of the sells probably comes directly from the Consoles, the place where the series started.

It's the already over-milked Hashirama VS Madara Demo anyways, it's definitely not a big deal.
The only shameful thing is that we won't get Datamining, but whatever.

It's not that that is sucky, the fact that we won't be able to tell if our PC will be strong enough to handle it is sucky. But then again, if I can't, I don't mind upgrading... But for those who can't upgrade, what are they suppose to do?

Get over it, unfortunately.
The requeriments easily points to a G3220 + 4GB of RAM + GTX 750 Non-Ti as the minimun, so everything from that point onwards should be fine.
And that's a cheap combo nowadays anyways.

That may be true, but if you're like me and have a CPU that is borderline as far as these minimum specs are concerned and an older GPU, you'd probably want some sort of idea whether or not you can run the game you put $60 into already... There's no justification for bad business, and putting the demo on the other two releases and not this one is bad business, especially since PC is the most varied of all the platforms.

In short, making excuses for them not doing a PC demo is not helping. If they can release the game on Steam, they can release the demo on Steam as well.

I'm hopeful they'll pull a Revolution and change the minimum specs once the game is more thoroughly optimized and tested, but right now it's somewhat iffy for me.

That wasn't an excuse, that was something to take in consideration.
I would OBVIOUSLY love a PC Demo, but the fact is that we won't be getting one, so people should just deal with it, because it's not going to change most likely,
They didn't gave us a Demo for Storm 3.
They didn't gave us a Demo for Storm Revolution.
And they won't be giving us a Demo for Storm 4 this time either.

Laptop huh? What're its specs? Maybe we'll be able to get an idea if you could handle it or not with the minimum reqs.
