Your processor is fine. What graphics card do you have?

For people who are barely making it to the minimum requirements, you can lower the resolution to something like 1280x720 or even 800x600 to help framerates.

It's old but it will run the game, you will most likely have to lower the graphical settings but otherwise it's meeting the requirements pretty much (just barely though lol).

That kinda talks by itself.
If you barely run those, you're probably not going to run this one, with the added effects and such.
You should get a cheap GPU asap after the first weeks of the game if you really want to play it, imho.

Lowering the graphics settings barely affects performance in this game, unfortunately.
