Definitely a bit too soon to be declaring this to be 30fps locked on PC, given that it seems like the XboxOne/PS4 versions couldn't handle the game past 30fps, it seems. At least, not in single player. Definitely wait for prerelease impressions.

This. We cant say the game will be locked @30fps without any PC gameplay, or any confirmation in an interview, etc. We need to wait and see I guess.

But what if it does end up being 60fps? Everyone else would just laugh at you. I mean, it is using the PC version as the base. Could be that the console versions cannot handle 60fps for this.

Yeah, but the person I was talking to was doing the same. They don't actually know, so they shouldn't act like they do. Could they be right? Sure, but that's still to be determined. I'm waiting until we get some actual impressions from sites using the PC version.

We want 60 fps, no doubt about that, but i don't want to get my hopes up and then if the game ends by running at 30 fps, get rekt by CC2.

Wasn't making a claim but a grammatical mistake there. I actually had to look up that if an when are not interchangeable like that.(My first language is German)
