Game worth buying without any DLC?

How many character they are without DLC?
Does DLC add something significance to the game?

Hi, without DLCs the game has a lot of characters: from kids to the end of 4th shinobi war (in my case I love that (even if I just use at the end madara, obito, itachi and 2 more characters lol). for the modes: story, dont remember some adventure mode like open world like boruto dlc has. if you mean the boruto DLC, that one includes characters from boruto (new sasuke, naruto, 2 or 3 versions of boruto, sarada, mitsuki, and adventure mode like several challenges. I dont remember if "the last" movie skins are in game without dlc (i had the boruto version in PS4, and I just want to buy the base game for steam. If you want, add me I will buy the game now and can tell you what I found, maybe you decide to buy it and we can play some fights :)

Yes, it is. But the Boruto DLC is pretty cool as well.

PoisonedOkami has a discord where you can unlock all the dlcs for free which everyone has already been modding characters and works even online but you can’t play the DLC story
