naruto(sage mode), sasuke(taka) extra costume

on the free battle I noticed that naruto(sage mode) has a 3rd costume and sasuke(taka) has a second costume but I can't seem to see or pick the costume is anyone else having this problem??

Im mexican and even I dont have the ponchos, Im pretty sure those only work for the console limited editions. No idea why on PC those slots show up as avaliable.

Unless it has to do with the language and region settings, because I had to custome set my game to USA spanish, BECAUSE, apparently, for Storm 4, Mexico is on Europe...so is harder to pair me against NA&SA players.

Now this is funny, I changed my settings back for unicode programs to use Spanish (México), and now, the number for the avaliable costumes dont even showup. But it did when it was on Spanish (USA), wich is the one I use for the NA&SA region. Super weird....

I thought that too, but if you notice everybody in latinamerica have their region changed in the game, same with people from China. I think the costumes are in the game and the guys that ported this game to PC instead of disable that in the original code, they messed up the region for everybody so nobody could access to the costumes from PC.

I hope i m wrong cuz that s so freaking stupid.

Thats actually a good theory Warrior, the game still consider me to be on Europe unless I change the unicode region language.

Guess that instead of disable/remove the costumes, they just rewrrite the code for the PC port fr the regions. Wich causes more issues...

And back to the ponchos, I dont even like them, but its mexican folclore...I dont even use those versions of the characters but one again, I feel such a huge disrespect for PC games. exclusive content for both consoles....but where is the exclusive for PC?....oh right, its NONE.

On rocket League, peopel complain that Xbox one got free DLC and PS4 an exclusive car. But we got the game first on PC and we can unlock the fps, thx to an update the devs made.

I still dont get why some companys make just exclusive content for consoles but ignor ethe PC completly, just bring the base game and DLC to keep the money rolling without extras. While clearly they try to "boost" the sales on consoles with exclusives.

As you think, the Poncho and Traditional Chinese costumes ARE in the game, that's been more than confirmed by Modders.

The thing is, that you can't get 'em officially in the PC Version, which translates to "Console Exclusive Costumes", because yeah.. you can only get 'em officially on Consoles.
