how to turn off shadow only + v-sync
does anyone knows how to turn of shadow plus v-sync if possible

You can turn of V sync in the config.ini File inside the games folder.

You can change your config if your run on nvidia using the nvidia control panel menu near the system clock. Though the shadows you can disable in the in game menu.
