How to unlock the Ninja Info Card Skins

Hey all, I see a lot of people ask this general question fairly often. So as of currently I can tell you how to get a good majority of them. The ones I currently lack and have yet to unlock are the yellow ones. So I'll just make a little list here of what I've done that will get them for you.

Green - These ones seem to be unlocked by doing all of the ability cap survival missions under free play, the silver was unlocked from intermediate, while gold seems to be given after beating the advanced battles.

Purple - These are easy to get as both the silver and gold are given just by completing the tutorial missions. So go Free Battle > Practice > Battle Practice under the practice selection option and do all of these.

Blue - You get these by playing and winning 10 tournaments in free battle mode, the difficulty and round settings have no effect on this so going super easy can allow for people to obtain them rather easily.

Red - These are gained by getting a 10 win streak in the basic survival mode from free battle.

Orange - These have to do with money and having the filthy rich title should guarantee that you have them both. I gained the title right around 4 million Ryo I believe.

Yellow - ??? (Some have speculated that doing free battle leagues will earn these, though I can't confirm as I have yet to do them)

Edit - So the Yellows will be gained from going into free battle and doing the challenge leagues. So go Free Battle > Leagues and set the top option to challenge league then do these. The intermediate should grant the silver and the advanced should grant the gold. The match can be team or single and the rounds can be 1 or 3 doesn't matter.

i already ended up beating the advanced survival cap for the green cards, but it didn't work, any idea why?
