oh yeah now i remember... its an early access for the last character but boruto and sarada are exclusive only to the pre-order hehe my bad

Dude, early access only means you have them unlocked from the beginning. Those who didn't pre-order only have to unlock them through the Story mode.

Finish Story Mode and they should be on the last page in free battle. Check to make sure.

I got them as ealry access but I remember, that after watch the last clip on the Story Mode or maybe after beat Sasuke on the very final battle, the game unlocks Sasuke, Hinata, Naruto, and Sakura, The Last.

You shouldn't need to unlock them on the shop or anything, try replaying the last chapter or episodes.
