98% Story Completion

So I just finished the story and completed all of the different hubs, but it is telling me that the story is 98% complete, not 100%. Where is the last two percent, and how do I play it?

Yeah I though maybe that was it, but when i go back to the storyline, everything is complete. It's odd that its not 100% done, wondering why that is...
