Costumes?

I've bought nearly all of the costumes in the costume shop, yet I've seen BOTS or COMS have different ones that aren't in the shop. I've seen ones like Hinata, Sakura, Ino or Tenten have summer outfit like in their bikini or something.

Do I have to unlock them in some sort? I'm going to adventure mode soon so is that where I unlock them?

30 costumes will be in the DLCs

I know that there will be costumes in the DLCs, but is there more to unlock besides in the shop? Or are new costumes DLCs only?

In which part did you see the costumes? (Survival, events etc) And you can buy costumes only in the shop
