I can't even begin to try and explain it. I mean, it's just muscle memory. the only way you can get better is to keep playing, and become more experienced. that's all, experience. repetition, learning from your mistakes and trying new strategies, tactics, styles, etc. begin with playing against the com. start on easy. work your way up to normal. then to hard. very hard. etc.
eventually, when fighting COM on the highest difficulty becomes a breeze and you barely take any damage, start to play against other players. now you're in a whole other tier and have to adjust to competing against living, thinking opponents instead of an relatively subpar AI. experience is key. rinse and repeat. no one can write anything down to explain to you how to get better at the game instantly. you have to work at it.
