the damn game keeps crashing

the game keeps crashing when i try to play it help me fix it

I kept having constant crashes as well, What I did to fix it was to go to services.msc
And forcestopped the Touch Keyboard & handwriting panel service. After that I could run the game without crashes. ( I'm also running it in compatbility mode for W7 )

That solution works for windows 10 users, and you can also run the NUNS4.exe in compatibility mode for W7. Just try it and let us know if it worked for you.

i did integrity test and it said a file failed

hold down the windows button and press R. a "run" window should appear. write services.msc press enter. http://puu.sh/nekJR/a90dc07c31.png Press on a service and push down T on your keyboard. Scroll through and look for it, it should definitely be there.

The game is using pixelshader 5.0 which is quite intense on the pc.
If you got a nvidia card you can always rightclick on your desktop and go to the nvidia control panel, and then press on the "manage 3d-options" or something among those lines. Program options, and then ADD naruto storm 4 to the list. If done correctly you should have a option to choose your prefered gpu.

If you have W10 though, like majority of people do. You can just rightclick at the NSUNS4.exe and choose to run with your nvidia card.

in my graphics settings it says i have intel and amd radeon, but it doesnt give me the option to run programs using amd. like if i right click desktop it only says intel settings. and if i right click the program it doesnt give me the option to run using another graphics card. im using a lenovo laptop with windows 10 i7 intel processor. ive played many high quality games and it worked but that was before upgrading to windows 10. and the bit of naruto storm 4 that does work is really smooth.... and as soon as i scroll threw the characters in the free battle is crashes.

I really wish I knew a fix for that, But I truly have 0 experience with AMD cards.
What part of the game is lagging for you? what is running smooth?

I never had this service enabled but the game crashes for me in the character selection since the release of this game :/ I even was able to complete the story mode...but now I want to play some VS Mode :(
