dx11 device creation fail 0x80010010

I have an AMD Radeon 4600, tried to run as administrator and didn't work, tried v-sync to 1 and/or 0 and didnt work, HELP PLS?

1- Verify integrity of local files
2- Update the lastest version of directX and GPU driver.
3- Updtate vc++ redistributable package.

2 : install latest version of directx :

To install the latest version of your GPU driver, you need to go the support page of your graphic card builder (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, etc).

3 : Check out this :

The game installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages 2013 during its installation, you can try download that again and reinstall it from microsoft or :

If it still doesn t work then download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages 2015 from the link i gave you above and install it.

Sorry to tell you this , but that GPU isnt compatible with dx11, its only up to dx10.1... that is why its failing

seem your AMD Radeon 4600 only can run DirectX 10.1.... the game required graphic card which support DirectX 11.

how about mine i have the same error to but i have nvidia GT 555m im able to run dx 11.2 and still cant run the game i have also tryed every step imaginable

If you already tried the steps i posted above, then try this :

- Go to config.ini and open it with notepad program and put V-Sync value to 0
- If you have an NVIDIA card, open its control panel, manually set V-Sync to ON (not on application or off) and change mode for high performance; neglecting to do those steps, especially in the case of owning NVIDIA card will make the error appear over and over.

If i remember correctly, i got the same problem. Try this:

> Library
> right click Naruto Storm 4
> Properties
> Local files
> Check for corrupted files or something like that in english

only file i c corrupted is error64error in the shape of a blue x but i dont know how to fix that one in the data folder

Sorry but it seems GTX260 doesn t support directx11, so you cant run the game with that graphic card. You can try to install this game in another PC with a better graphic card.
