Story start vs the anime
Hi,

I am watching the anime in english and just reached 302.

I wanted to know when does the story start versus the anime?
I have not played uns3 so I don't want to start uns4 before I reached the same point in the anime.

If I make any senses!

If I was to skip 303-320 (for now) since they are filler. I need to watch up to which episode?

Idk, but I suggest watching till the latest canon episode, and then playing the game.

Problem is I have trouble following in japanese even with the subtitle which is why I was wondering. I was willing to watch a few with SUB and then play the game :p

I was curious where it start versus the anime so that I could follow the story directly

I'm not sure. The game leaves A LOT of plot and details, and only gives you the gist of things. That's why watching the anime is recommended before playing game.

Alright I will keep that in mind.

You say the game start When Naruto breaks Obitos mask.
From my quick search is says episode 343. So I guess I could watch at least 321-343 and start the game.
But then If I skip non filler episode im like 40 episode from the end.

But I want to play the game :p

Well if you're like me and wanna see the story in english, Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 starts just after Naruto fights Pain. Ulitmate Ninja Storm 4 starts pretty much at the end of the 4th ninja war.

Do note that the game finishes the story pretty much, its just the anime is taking a very long time with 10,000 episodes of filler.

The Story of the game starts with a never shown fight, Madara VS Hashirama.
Then, synchronizes with the Anime's Chapter 343 which is where Naruto breaks Tobi's Mask.
Then, it goes to the Kakashi Gaiden which happened in the Anime chapter 119 & 120.
Aand then, after that, it goes from Anime's Chapter 344 until the End of the Manga.
