You have to charge your support bar until it's full, and then use the linked secret technique ( Y Y B ). If you connect with the secret technique, you'll just use Itachi's or Shisui's separate techniques.

You didn't get me. Just remember to press Y Y Y B when your support bar is full, and then you'll see both Itachi and Shisui running to attack.
