Game won't start

Hey guys maybe you can help me? I bought NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 4 today. I downloaded it while i was palying a game. It woulnd't start after downloading. Then i tried to reinstall it without playing on steam. Even now i can't start up the game i want to know if you guys know why?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) I5-4460 CPU @3.20GHz (4 Cpsu's,
Memory: 8192MB RAM

I don't know if you need more information. I can give you a list of the total build of my pc with mouse, keyboard etc. If you need that just ask i have the papers with me all the time.

Which is your graphic card? and did you get any error message when you run this game??

It sys it start then my icon goes green from ingame but after 5 seconds it sends me back to online. The game just don't startt without error it says it starts but never opens.
Graphic card: GeForce GTX 960

You should be able to run this game without issues, try this :

And restart your PC after you reinstall/repair the c++ packages.

Hello i seem to have a similar type of problem where the game will crash on launch dispite having already repaired the c++ packages. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but it still crashes.
my specs are:
intel xeon 2x quad core 2.8GHz
34GB (RAM DDR2)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285 (1BG)

Yeah, that might be your GPU not allowing to boot it? Did you try changing the settings in the Confg.ini which is located in the file which Storm 4 is install. Try lower the settings tho there and see if that fixed it, remember to run Storm 4 on adim.

Hey guys, I've got something similar but i can turn on nsuns4 but when i skip the cutscene at the begining then it shows me that nsuns4 data doesn't exist, so they will create a new one. It's okay cuz it was my first time playing it. but on that exact screen i can't click ANY button to go ahead. it's just stopping me from playing the game. Can someone please help me?

All you have to do is scroll to the bottom and then you will get the option to accept the 'Terms of Service'.
