Game won't go past the Loading Screen

Okay this is ridiculous, I wait for a good 20 minutes on the loading screen just for the game to crash. This must be a ♥♥♥♥ing joke. i pre-ordered this game so.. I don't know play it as soon as possible?! But instead I am this far in days had to download the initial 31 Gb then the next day what I assume was a 16 GB patch? If anyone has a soluton please just, please. xp

Change the game resolution to 1280 x 720 in the config file, if you have not done so already.

That isn't working either. I did run into a previous issue of Dx11 Device Creation Fail but solved it after updating my driver.

Someone said that you need to reinstall a file found in the game folder. Not sure it will work for you. Its one of those windows redestribution files. I will see if I can get its location, but google will help too.

Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Ultimate Ninja STORM 4\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2013

It the vcredist file. Install the one for your machine 64bit or 32bit. Restart after.
