No voice sound in cutscenes

SFX and music are fine just voice is gone. Just wondering if enyone else have this problem.
I tried with directx and sound driver update but no fix.

I have tried all solutions but the one that works for me is by deleting steam_api64.dll file of naruto game and then validate the gane
