No voice sound in cutscenes

SFX and music are fine just voice is gone. Just wondering if enyone else have this problem.
I tried with directx and sound driver update but no fix.

I've the same problem, it's frustating buying a game and then it didn't work. I hope they fix it quick because if not i'm going to refund my game even the time is expired...

at last i found how to fix it, you need change your speaker channel to stereo go to sound manager and in speaker configuration select stereo.

update doesn´t help. there´s still only SFX sounds for me. No music or cutscene voices.

my speakers in my realtek sound manager are stereo.

So what else to fix it?

I fixed it with the dxsetup.exe.

U can find in install_dir NSUNS4\_CommonRedist\DirectX

i also have this problem, i've tried everythig, setting my speakers to stereo, installing directX, changing the sound quality of the speakers, nothing works, i just get SFX, please help

Hello everyone.
I had the same problem, but I managed to get the solution.
To solve the problem simply go to the system32 folder and system 64 and delete these files "x3daudio1_0.dll, x3daudio1_7.dll, xaudio2_0.dll, xaudio2_7.dll".
Then run the command promp as admin and type the command sfc / scannow.
When it is finished restart the pc and download the direct X - " https://www.microsoft.com/pt-br/download/details.aspx?id=35 "

O meu tava sem som, achei que o problema fosse meu jogo, aí fui atrás na internet que me levou a mudar as configurações do gerenciador de saída de áudio, botei no esterio e deu bom, funcionando normalmente agora.
