S rank Ninja history 1

I do all everything on the check list but still no S rank, I bearly lose any hp and get max stars...Always ends up as an A

You don't need to do the bonus to have a S rank, the S rank is determined by your HP, the stars and the time spended to finish the battle

Seriously? So its just for items to do the bonuses? Just HP,stars and time are the only S rank factors?

Yeah, the bonuses just gives you items. I thought it was necessary but I did a S rank without doing all the bonuses

Well, i've relized that the check list doesn't decide your rank. Just try not to lose you HP under 90% and get nearly all star and tada, S rank is your.
P/s: actually i haven't completed it with S rank yet, seem to hard without HP recovery item. :p

Aye from what I can tell it's HP related. once you pass the mission it shows the breakdown, usually with Health being A.

I've been replaying Wood Golem vs. Nine-Tails battle and managed to finish at 100% HP and getting all the stars, and it's still A rank for me. Do I need to play both parts of Ninja History consequently in order to get S rank for the second part and total?

They have seperate scores so im guessing you dont need to do both. From what ive heard its your HP, stars and time, maybe u were a few seconds short. Wish they added a count to show what u need to get S rank

"All Stars" is just full of the bar to get the secret factor (big stars) or fully 4 stars each time?

I think you need to do a perfect qte. I mean you need to get 4stars in every qte event.
at the start til end (from dodging bijuudama to hashirama clashing with madara).

it's quite freaking hard and annoying to do so.

you also need to have high health above 90~95%.

I checked on another story chapter. I get A every time on the last battle of the set. The details screen shows that I got A on QTEs, even though I hit every single one of them. Do I need not only to hit them in time, but do so extremely fast? If so, then I don't think I'm going for S-ranks on all chapters. It would be truly annoying to finish the battle with max health, then not be fast enough on a few QTEs and get A rank.

Make sure you press fast enough to get the 4stars in that button event. As far as I've test in this d@mn history1 Mokujin vs BijuuSusanoo... I got S rank by having 94%hp and getting 4stars on every button spam in qte.

Don't forget to check the result after the battle. I think you need to get the scores (in this case History1 Mokujin vs BijuuSusanoo) as 36/36.

No, "just" at least 33 stars which is above 90%. :p

That's mean you can't miss any qte button and can only press a slow 2stars button once!
