(Slight Ending Spoilers) "Black arm syndrome"

Like the title says, slight spoilers, so read at your own risk.

So, again, an anime game that doesnt display severed limbs. They literally just textured Narutos / Sasukes severed arms black.
Dragon Ball games have the same issue whenever Future Gohan is involved.
His moveset doest involve his severed arm, its stiff all the time but its still there.

Is there some cultural reason behind this ? Because lets face it, with all the ♥♥♥♥ going on in Naruto, a severed arm is really a non-issue. Especially if you show the blood puddle it created.
And i dont think just showing a missing limb without much blood and gore would bump up the age rating.

So, does anyone know if there is a specific reason why this is done all the time ?

Also, this'll lead to the next Storm Game where Black Zetsu will come back and obviously be the Final Boss.

(s) It's kinda clear that he got Naruto & Sasuke's Arm and to save them, they both need to kill Zetsu asap, that's the plot for the next game. (/s)

This was the last Storm game and that plot wouldn't work because Black Zetsu was sealed away with bunny goddess. If any future games are made they will probably focus on the new Boruto mini-series that is happening.

This was the last Storm game and that plot wouldn't work because Black Zetsu was sealed away with bunny goddess. If any future games are made they will probably focus on the new Boruto mini-series that is happening.

2) Who treats you as a bad guy ? Maybe as a moron at worst.
3) If your "joke" would have been funny, he would have known it was one ;)

But seriously, its obviously censorship. But anime games tend to show blood, bruises, beatings, shot holes but never severed limps. And thats what interests me, if there is an actual reason behind it. Because showing someone get beaten senseless is, imo, far less child friendy than just showing someone not having 2 arms.

He had a punchline with a contextual setup and a target. That is what a joke is.
