How to fix lag on NVIDIA GPU's (Multiple Methods)

First thing you should have done by now is restart your computer. If you have already done this, move on.

First Fix (Might not be valid anymore)

Revert your graphics driver back to 359.06 version. The reason is because the latest drivers have errors with certain games.

To do this:
1. Go to http://www.geforce.com/drivers
2. Fill the boxes according to your configuration
3. Download the latest driver version for your graphics card.
4. Install the file you just downloaded.
5. Select the option for "Clean Install"
6. Wait until finished
7. Restart computer
8. Play Storm 4

Second Fix(Laptop ONLY)

1. Go to Nvidia Control Panel(Right click on desktop and there should be an option for it)
2. Click on "Manage 3D Settings"
3. Click on "Program settings"
4. Click "Add"
5. Search for NSUN4 in the list and click "add selected program"
6. Click on the drop down menu where it says "Auto Select: Integrated"
7. Change this to "High performance NVIDIA processor"
8. Click "Apply"
9. Exit and try the game again.

Third Fix(Might be laptop only. Try it regardless)

1. Go to Nvidia Control Panel(Right click on desktop and there should be an option for it)
2. Click on "Manage 3D Settings"
3. Under "Preferred Graphics processor" change the setting to "Use High Performance Nvidia Processor"
4. Exit and try the game again.

Fourth Fix(This will only work for some)

1. Go to Steam
2. Go to your Library
3. Click on Naruto Storm 4
4. Right click on it
5. Click "Properties"
6. Click on the "Local Files" tab
7. Click "Verify integrity of game cache"
8. Wait until its done. If it starts downloading something, let it download those files before proceeding.
9. Restart and try the game again.

Fifth Fix

1. Go to Steam
2. Click on Naruto Storm 4 and then right click on it
3. Click "Properties"
4. Click on the "Local Files" tab
5. Click "Browse Local Files"
7. Find the config.ini file
8. Change it’s values as given below.
IMPORTANT: Before making any changes,make sure that you backed up the file because sometimes it may get corrupted.

Add this to the ini file under [screensetting] .

iMaxdecalsperscale=100

Framerate=30

9. Save and close the file
10. Restart your computer
11. Try the game

Sixth Fix

Sometimes the PC thinks you only have a single CPU core, even when you have multiple cores. To fix this:
1. Go into your MSConfig program (start bar, search MSConfig).
2. You should have an option on the bottom called “selective startup”.
3. Make sure that the “Use Original Boot Configuration” is checked.
4. It will ask you to restart the computer. Let it restart
5. Try the game.

Seventh Fix(If all else fails, try this)

This will disable in-game shadows and particles. Only use it if nothing else works.

I dont know when it will be released.

Try fix #2 again. I have a 960m and Fix #2 worked for me.

Game runs now but with all off or low and windowred 720p screen (y habe a screen FullHD T.T)

Can i upgrade more the quality? or this is all can i do it? T.T

Idk. Try method #1. If that doesnt work, try #2 and #3. If it still doesnt work, try #4

I seriously dont know. I have a 960m and it works pefectly fine for me. Maybe mess with some options in the config file? Or you could reinstall the game.

Nvm I fixed it, had to mess around in the ini file and in MSConfig but thank you anyways
