PC CONTROLS??????

I bought the game on pc, im trying to play on pc, and yet the format is for console.................Enlighten me as to why i have to go out and buy a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ console controller when i have a KEYBOARD AND MOUSE!

I have played all naruto games(Offline) and i use a keyboard to play them, its not hard. http://guides.gamepressure.com/narutoninjastormrevolution/guide.asp?ID=27421.. this is the link too all the "PC controls" enjoy :D

Technically, it's possible to bind most of actions to mouse (I'd recommend Razer, 5+ buttons one) and keyboard. Though, lack of Shift, Alt, Ctrl keys is dissapointing (the game doesn't save settings, if you try to use these). The configuration file is located in "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Ultimate Ninja STORM 4\config.ini".

I think, keyboard and mouse support for a PC GAME is common sense. Bandai Namco seems to disagree. The funny thing is that Tales of Zestiria port was way more user-friendly, so I expected Storm 4 to be the same.

It doesn't have anything to do with a console. Their's plenty of controllers made exclusively for pc.
If consoles are sold with controllers it's because controllers are the most polyvalent input device and work great with the majority of games.
And guess what. Consoles are PC's.
The only differences are the name on the box and the OS.

Mouse and Keyboard are great for STR or FPS, but for most games, a controllers works better.

Your pain here is idiotic. It doesn't matter that the game is designed for Console at all. It doesn't matter if there are controllers made for PC what is stupid about the game is its not designed to be controlled by PC at all! Its OBVIOUS that Any PC user buying this game might not own a controller for these specific games! You look at a PC game and don't automatically think you'll need a game controller. Calling people children because they don't make the logical leap to buy a controller for a game is moronic and childish in its own right.

The issue lies with the fact that the game doesn't have a decent and appropriate keyboard interface. Yeah it sucks you have to buy a controller for it and its not fair on the buyer Since they'd rather not have to buy a controller.

What I cannot seem to comprehend is your ridiculous concept that you can't play these games on a PC! You CAN play Dota with a controller! It may be impractical but you CAN do it. These games CAN be played on PC its PERSONAL ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PREFERNCE! You don't have a right to demand upon people that they play it YOUR way.

That's like telling people they should play Dota over League, Battlefield over Call of Duty. How about instead of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on this guy you either give him advice or leave him the ♥♥♥♥ alone cause this is a discussion he put here for help with the game NOT "Hey I don't play this like you come and hate on me"

I have zero isses playing this with keyboard and whoeve saysyou need to play it with a controller just wasn't able to adapt to keyboard and wants to tell other people what to do. Even a noob like me was able to do it, it's easy :)

Indeed, it has nothing to do with consoles. Nothing.. Never said otherwise.
However, I said that some games are better played with specific input devices.
It's not because consoles come bundled with controllers and pcs come with a Keyboard that controllers belong to consoles and Keyboards belong to pc.
It has nothing to do consoles, It has everything to do with games.

And when I buy games, I check what kind of game it is so I can play it how it has been intended, to have the easiest and the more confortable experience.
If you choose to force yourself to play all your games with a Keyborad because Keyboard is pc and controller is consoles, then your are very narrow minded. But, it's your problem.
The goal of gaming is to have fun, and restraining yourself like this will only give you frustation.

Seriously, did you even read what I wrote? You are mixing everything up. Like ... everything.
First I never said that you can't play these games on a pc. More, I didn't even saif that you can't play them with a keyboard, If that's what you meant, because this is not the same.
I just said three things.

The first one is that controllers are input devices concieved specifically for gaming. They are the most polyvalent gaming devices and can fit almost every game genre. That's mostly why consoles are bundles with controllers.

The second is that Keyboards come directly from typing machines. They are meant to write text. But actually, querty/azerty are one of the worst letter layout. The thing is, it didn't really changed since its appearance on typing machines, when another layouts allowed a much faster typing, ending up with machines getting stuck. This is not issue anymore, but we got used to querty.
Mouses are basic pointing devices.
They were never meant for gaming , and they never really evolved for it. Some more buttons here and there, some weights in the mouse, and that's about it.

The third is that some input devices are way better that others in some games genres.

So, I never asked people to play my way, I'm just explanning that, in this game genre, controllers are way better. And if I ended up explanning this to him, It's just because he keeps responding to me and asking why he has to buy a controller.
I didn't asked him to play the way I like, I just explained why a controller is better in this game.

There is a lot of self-called elitists in the pc community, who keeps laughing at console players, and don't want to get near controller considering it like a plague or some other dumb reason, missing the whole point.
Gaming is not about the machine you use, it's only about the game and the way you play them.
If the game is meant to be played with a controller, why forcing yourself to play with a keyboard that will make as pleaant as plaing the game with a TV remote. This is some masochism.
You should stop with the: "I own a PC, I play with a keyboard. Controllers are for consoles."
There is no such thing, it's all in your head. In the end, the goal is to have the most pleasant experience possible.

it has keybaord controles dude just set itup L is press start then press back spac eto open up keybindings there ya go
