If you haven't figured out how to control your game with keyboard yet, then I MIGHT be able to help you. There's no guarantee, but I'm pretty sure you'll be able to configure the controls and get in the game.

NOTE: When you get inside the game, there's a proper keyboard settings in there, so your controls will be accurate, but for now, good luck!

It's simple and fairly quick

Step 1: Right click Naruto Storm 4 and go to 'Properties.'
Step 2: Go to 'Local files' and click 'Browse local files'
Step 3: Click the file that's named 'config'

Then there you go, enjoy configuring on how to do it. It worked for me and hopefully it should work for you. Now if you want to do it similar to me, here's my configuration details.

What control do you need left shift for? But, since those controls are named after the controllers, I grabbed one of my 360 controllers and used that as a reference.

Have you gotten inside the game yet? If you have, there should be an option where you can configure keyboard settings and it's easier. The subtitution was 'LT'. But from the list, I'm not quite sure, but I'm certain it's 'BUTTON_L2='

If you get inside the game, like skipping through the intro and getting pass the title screen and all those pop ups, you should see at the bottom which had all the icons and slightly to the left, you can see 'Keyboard settings'
