Pre-order bonuses. Make them as a separate DLC please.

Hi, I did pre order this game. But I did not get the pre-order bonuses. I don't mind paying an extra 5€ for them. As I can't not have them. I did pre-order the game and now I'm f****d. As maybe I will never have the chance of playing with boruto and hokage kakashi. If bandai namco will be so helpful as they are atm. They just don't awnser on my email that I did send to the custommer service. And steam support send me to the bandai namco custommer service. So please let them out as a stand alone dlc! I'm sure that players who got them. Won't mind me wasting extra 5€ on that dlc. And future players that will buy this game. Because it hurt. Not getting ur bonuses. And maybe never having them. Idk if I will go for the season pass. Maybe i will get only the half of it tho. Idk with this company. I'm really pissed of atm. I'm reinstalling my game now. And I hope that it was only a instalation/download error. I'm so desperate.

Thats was your mistake. G 2 a doesnt usually give you pre order bonues. Many have stated that. That is usually the trade off with those sites you save $10 but miss out on dlc . i dont think namco should hold character hostage but it has happened before with dragon ball xenoverse

I have xenoverse on ps4. And I did pre order it. But here. I'm limited even if I want to buy the season pass. As 1 secret jutsu require bonus content! And I saved 15€ on pre order (payed 35€). I really hope that a lot of players will protest against such policy. They need to release the bonus dlc from pre order for money. Ppl that did pre order won't be lied to. Because they did get it for free. And really if I would know that this would end like that. I would pre order the game on steam!

Yeah ss4 vegeta never got released as dlc after he was only pre order dlc. Thats just the nature of company. I dont think its cool to make someone pay for content that they cant use though. We'll see how this plays out just remember to pre order from steam next time if there's pre order dlc. There may be other ways to obtain boruto if namco doesnt release.

I have nothing against you. I'm only mad that they even included stuff that you need to pay 20€ . And locked some stuff behind pre order bonus that I won't get any more(still hoping that I will get the chance to buy the characters)

thats your problem right there, you cannot get pre-order bonus's from that website...well not all the times, its not their problem if you didn't pre-order through the offical retailers.

Steam and Gamesplanet are the sellers that carried the preorder bonus. Game is still available with bonus content on Gamesplanet for 39,99€, but that information is probably too late for you.
So yeah, you could've saved 10€ instead of 15€ and enjoyed the characters.

Then preorder through the channels which actually gives the preorder bonuses. If you go buy some cd key from 3rd party dealer, there's no guarantee on you get bonuses or whatnot.
