Ive got DX error while game's running [http://scr.hu/1a4w/3u10i]

Error Code : Dx11 device creation fail: 0x80010010

so I don't know here happened after I move in the nvidia Control Panel, there deletes the config.ini and decided

Reinstalled DX
Reinstalled MS RD
Integrity scan done few times
Updated drivers

Any ideas?

Update the lastest windows directx version and graphics card driver then try to reinstall the game. It works for me.
