pixelated cutscenes and bad quality

Compared to Full Burst, Storm 4 seems like a PS2 version

What happened? both screenshots are from my computer, so if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me :/

Pixelated? I don't see anything pixelated. Did you try enabling super sampling?

Yes, this is storm 4 and it was supposed to be equal or better than storm 3 but it's much more worse, thats what i can not understand, those cutscenes are ugly.

Yeah I'll agree with topic creator and say that the pre-rendered cutscenes stick out like a sore thumb lol. Definitely a drop in video quality.

Unfortunately they decided to just pre-render most of the cutscenes and turned it into ♥♥♥♥♥♥ video files and play it instead, unlike storm 3 which is mostly real-time cutscenes... but in storm 4 they're just cutting corners.. copy and pasting scenes from the anime

So many negative aspects to this game :( the hype died completely for me today, so I'm thinking about refunding it. But at the same time I don't want to due to Boruto and Sarada being pre-order exclusives.

Same here, and it would suck if we refunded now, and they fixed the game properly in a few weeks time.
