It's not working for me, shows in my library but has the buy button instead of "play"

Yes it works with family sharing. My cousin has used it to play the game while I was at work.

Not working for me actually. It show up only Buy button instead of Install.

Not sure what the issue for you is then. I watched the broadcast of him playing it for about two hours. You can check "Agent Dark Booty" on my friends list to see his playtime and see that he does not own the game yet.

Sure! But you can't play on 2 accounts in same time more than 5 minutes
