A music MOD !!! ... finally !

and Who you are to Judge Who buys game or not ? CC2 screwed us they Liars,Money Suckers & False Advertisers and that its since Storm 1 with Trailer Sound 4/1&2 Hokages Gameplay,everyone thought they were gonna be playable which in fact they weren't and NAMCO BANDAi don't care about their customers either why i should care ?
Have you a new version of your "music mod" patch since your first release ?

I hope you realize the lack of logic you've presented me with. If it's really not worth playing, then why the ♥♥♥♥ did you pirate it? Hell, why even post on the Steam forums if you've pirated it? It's not like it's hard to tell.

Okay let me address these separately:
1) I'm to judge you for not buying because you're a pirate. Stealing is stealing. Think they're liars, money suckers, and false advertisers? THEN JUST DON'T PLAY THE GAME. Because at the end of the day, if you've pirated it, you've admitted that it's worth playing. And in turn, you've admitted that it's worth buying.
2) They haven't had a single false-advertising move. They never had a sound 4 or 1st/2nd Hokage trailer for Storm 1, that's your imagination. Likewise, because I know you're going to mention this, they also NEVER said the Edo Kages were playable. They said "Fight AGAINST the Edo Kages and Seven Swordsmen" hence why they're bosses because you fight AGAINST them in the story.
In short, it's YOUR fault for making up these things in your head, it's YOUR fault for putting the games at a higher expectation than realistically possible, and it's also YOUR fault for buying it before fact-checking yourself. And finally, it's YOUR fault for blaming YOUR mistakes on ANOTHER entity.
They cared enough to give us one final Storm game after Revolution clearly. If they didn't care about us, they would have just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off like most companies do and cancelled Storm 4. They cared enough to release a product that they hoped we would like, which could only be calculated in complete foresight. How could they have known we wouldn't like Storm 4? They wouldn't. Not until the game releases.
If they didn't care about us, they wouldn't have numerously patched the game to ensure it would run on people's potato PCs (Because the game was mostly fine to start). If they didn't care about us, they wouldn't have added the Sound 4 as playable DLC characters in the first place because they knew we wanted them BADLY and kept harassing them to do it. If they didn't care about us, they wouldn't have added Boruto/Sarada as it would be a waste of budget. They were told that it's either pre-order only or no go by Masashi Kishimoto and his animation team. So they actually put budget and resources into something they thought we would like. If they didn't care, they wouldn't be releasing any more Storm games since Generations because of the cancerous ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot community that includes little ungrateful ♥♥♥♥♥ like you who constantly blame CC2 for either Bandai's decisions or YOUR OWN MISTAKES. In fact, if they didn't care they would just remove Storm 4 from the Steam store after the ♥♥♥♥ that's been going on here and not offer refunds.
But you want to know a little secret? Maybe they DO care. Maybe YOU'RE just a spoiled brat who expects everything that YOU come up with to happen, whether or not it was even promised to begin with. Maybe YOU'RE just a spoiled brat who has higher expectations than realistically possible within the scope of CC2's hands. Maybe YOU'RE just a spoiled brat who thinks YOU know how game development works and how it must be "so easy because a company is doing it".

And does the game live up to the hype people put it in? Of course not, but that doesn't mean anything else of what you said. The game is worth the money to put into it, especially how it's got deeper fighting mechanics than the other Storm games. It's not a half finished game, it's a full game. The only "features" that got removed were some online features like spectator mode and muting microphone. There was literally only ONE game mechanic removed and only a COUPLE of mechanics changed and the game was better off without them. And complaining about Story Mode in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fighting game? SPARE ME THE TEARS. Fighting games don't focus on story modes. Never. It could have been worse. Would you rather a visual novel styled story like BlazBlue is? I didn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ think so. The purpose of a FIGHTING game is for FIGHTING, not Story. Spare me the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tears that you didn't get a Final Fantasy clone with Storm 4. And on the topic of some game mechanics, you mention characters that aren't updated/balanced. EVERY character was updated. Sure, you don't see different animations, but that's because you're a casual noob piece of ♥♥♥♥ who doesn't understand fighting games. They changed frame data. A LOT of frame data. They got rid of unnecessary invincibility frames on a lot of characters, they made hitboxes more accurate, they changed speeds on combo timing to fit the character better and set a faster-paced combat pace, AND MORE. Of course, you're mouth-breathing diabetes garbage, so you wouldn't notice anything.
So am I glad you didn't buy the game? HELL YES I AM. Because I know that you'll never be on the online community spreading your filth and mental retardation to other people. You might as well delete your pirated copy because it seems like you want Storm 4 out of your life and Storm 4 needs YOU out of ITS life.
Though I did release a Tormunds Fix for people experiencing lag on low-end hardware (Because potato PCs are prevalent here on Storm 4's Steam community)
Basically:
1. Start Game, turn off music
2. Open youtube
3. Enjoy
About the voices you're right, about the music, is just as I said, I'm playing at.. Hidden leaf village destroyed and I want to listen to Madara's theme, I just google it and listen to it while playing. (Also you can loop videos now so I don't see why you need a mod for that)
