Should I get the Legacy or just the Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 bundle?

Reading the reviews the Ultimate Storm 1 + 2, don't seem to be good but 3 is?

Are there any playable characters in 3 that aren't in 4?

If you want to experience the full story with all the boss fights than I suggest the Legacy, if not than Storm 4 is the best one out of all the games.

Storm 4 has all the characters that appeared in the previous games except 2 skins that were in Storm 3.

Thanks! What story bosses are in 3 and not 4?

Some of my favourite fights in Naruto are:
-Trio vs Zabuza + Haku
-3rd Hokage vs. Orochimaru + zombie hokages
-Sakura + the old sand people vs. Sasori
-Most of the Akatsuki fights
-Jiraiya vs. Pain

The Zabuza and the third Hokage fights are all in Storm 1 but that episode wasn't really that good and the boss fights aren't really that memerable from what I heared (That's the only game in the Storm series I haven't played yet so I don't know much about it.)

Storm 2 has all the akatsuki fights from Sakura vs Sasori all the way to Naruto vs Pain and all of them are really enjoyable in my opinion.

Storm 3 starts from Sasuke vs the Kages and ends with the Naruto vs the Tailed Beast + Tobi/Obito fight.

Storm 4 starts from the moment where they break Obito's mask and ends with the final Sasuke vs Naruto fight.

Some of the awakenings in 3 don't appear in 4, Itachi, Shisui and Sasuke's half body armoured Susanoo.
