Missing DLC 1 AND 2 TUJ HELP!??

BOTH DLC 1 and 2 TUJs are missing. I have everything else from the costumes to the ninja tools, EXCEPT, the TUJs. The only one I do have is the past Hokage TUJ, but it only works with the first, second, and third! No other combination of previous Hokage! In addition , I got the the game and the extras from PRE-ORDERING the delux edition. So I should have the Akatsuki TUJ as well.

When I got on, BOTH DLC content showed up on the screen saying the DLC items were added (Akatsuki TUJ as well) But none of the TUJs except for the Hokage one shows up, and I can only use it with the first 3 Hokage.

Yes, I have used the right characters, and the TUJs don't show up.

If anyone here can't help me, should I message Steam, Bandi, or CC2 about this?

When did you buy the storm 4 game? Did you pre-order it? or did you buy it after the release date?

Did you buy the deluxe edition of the game? or did you buy the storm 4 game and the season pass DLC separately?

You got this problem just after the DLC 2 or you got it since you bought the game?

Are you using any MODs in your storm 4 game?

You should try to disable all the DLCs in the storm 4 game then verify the integrity of the cache of the game and finally enable all the DLCs again.

IF that doesn t work then re-install the whole game to see if that fixes your problem.
