Where is my SHIRTLESS Madara?
When i purchase games really hoping to play this Madara. Even in Story mode it appears. So why it is not present in the list of characters?

Because the devs are too lazy to create that ammount of characters, or even putting him as a skin.

well because we have armor breaks of course....there is no point in adding torn outfits since they break anyway

Meh. Shirtless Madara. An armor break would have been cool though.

well because we have armor breaks of course....there is no point in adding torn outfits since they break anyway
True, but they could create a whole new character out of him. A one eyed Madara with a limbo-themed moveset, maybe?

Heh heh. Do you honestly CC2 would make an entire move set out of a character who appeared for 5 minutes in the anime?

Well, normaly I would say the same but they did it with "The Last" Sasuke too. They just are really lazy

Who are Hanabi and Shisui?
Idk why they added Hanabi, but for Shisui, he is a separate character and important to Itachi's story. There was honestly no need to make an entire move set for the shirtless madara since they can just reuse the edo madara's move set.

Then what's the point of making any new movesets when they can just reuse old ones? Why'd they give Kakashi a new moveset? Why'd they give Edo Minato a new moveset? etc.

No he wasn't, he was CC2's love child. Before that he was also just another literally who.
Also forgot about The entire Jinchuuriki set Outside Naruto, Gaara and Bee.
None of them had any importance to the manga (anime fillers do not count).
