Quando inicio aparece que ta faltando Dx11 mas meu pc tem dx11

IF you are getting the Dx11 error message then it has to do with your graphic card, so please post your graphic card info to help you.

Check out this tutorial to know how to get your graphic card info :

You need to press windows button + R then a searcher window will appear you need to write "dxdiag" then accept, a new window should appear there you have to go to the 2nd tab (the one that says Display), there you will find all the info of your graphic card.

Post that info here to know if your PC can run this game.

Ok, you have an Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000, this graphic card doesn t support directx 11 only directx 10.1 that means you can t run Storm 4 game with this graphic card. You need to install the game in another PC with a better graphic card or if you can t then ask steam for a refund and get your money back.

Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 is not for gaming at all, you can t run modern games with it, and it only has 1365 MB (this appear inside the info you posted) and the storm 4 game needs at least 2 GB of memory from the graphic card.

You should have read the minimun requirements of the storm 4 game carefully before buy it.
