codex version and Steam version

please help i have the both versions but when i play codex version i play in 25-30 FPS fast but when i play with Steam version i play 15-22 slow please how i could make my steam verion faster and i am already in low setting

Me neither, I'm saving up myself so I can play a lot of the games I have on max settings (Or at least medium settings)

That's why you need to learn how to build a desktop. It's cheaper (You spend 1/2 the cost you normally would on a pre-built one) and you know exactly how to replace hardware that gets outdated.
PC is not unlike any other machines including consoles in the sense that hardware becomes outdated and needs to be replaced. Now, that doesn't mean to replace your hardware every year like some people do, but it's nice to have good enough hardware for one generation and wait another generation or a half (Which should be 7 years for a full generation) to upgrade your hardware.

there was PC next to mine with just 400 pounds core i 7 and 8 ram and 1TB withour screem touch and mine is core i 3 4 ram 500 GB screem touch i did not now how computer works i thought the higher prise the best to plat games hahaha sad story i sould bought that one with 400 and save 100 and play many games

The reason you're running into problems is because you're deleting the codes, not replacing them with 0s like I do in the video.

Verify your game cache and replace these codes with 0s:
PE_PRE_DRAW.SHADOW
PARTICLE_DRAW_THREAD
Draw.nuccParticleRootManager
nuccChunkParticle

That fix is not stable, you will be getting crashes from time to time. You could try to right-click over the storm 4.exe inside the storm 4 folder and go to the compatibility tab and choose compatibility with windows 7.

Your game will take a bit longer to load but with this you should get less crashes but you still will be getting them.

oh thank you man i am going to try it when i playing online it crashes many times maybe 15 so people think i run away and do not want to play again
