Is this game well optimized?

I heard it wasn't great when it launched. Did it get any better, or would I be better off getting the PS4 version?

If you already have a PS4, there is no reason to get the PC version.

No reason?? what about the MODs specially the ones that let you play as Boruto or Sarada cuz in PS4 you can t use MODs at all.

For the FPS get the PS4 as for the MODS PC.Honestly it would have to be your personal choice to do it if you can afford it go for it but the only major problem with the PC version not many people play it that much because of how the servers be acting funny...
