How to fix the Dx11 error on Intel HD graphics card
I don't understand why it gives me the DX11 error. I've watched a ton of youtube videos and made sure my specs could run the game, but it still gives me the error as soon as I load up the game.

I have no clue what the Dx11 error is, I just know the textures are glitchy and cover up the whole character when in a fight, and any moves where there's an explosion it's just a blank purple texture, nothing more. Help?

Ok, you should update your graphic driver cuz it might causing this issue but if that doesnt work then try to verify the cache of the local files, that should fix it.

Good luck :)

He's running a 2nd gen Intel HD APU. I'm not sure if that supports DX11.
Edit: Nevermind, it supports DX11. I just checked the release date.

If your game is in fullscreen, try changing it to windowed. If it's in windowed, try changing it to fullscreen. Also try disabling and enabling Vsync and FXAA.

You can find these options in the config.ini file under:
C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4

Just follow this video to know how to get your graphic card model info :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-P3xsucpxU

Copy the info beneath "Adapter information" that appears in your PC, specially the "Adapter String" line.

With that i can confirm if your PC can run this game or not.

Cuz by the other info you posted before it looks like you have an intel HD 2000/3000 and none of those video cards support Directx11.

Good luck :)
