My 3070 still lagging with it

My pc setup is 3070 and ryzen 7 5800h, But still get lag when i into game, GPU and CPU driver is already update, Anyone know how to fix it, because i found every solution is only for low end pc, But i dont wanna play it with low quality. plz help!!!

FXAA/MSAA, to be exact. They tend to slow down the game for no reason.

Stupid question, have you tried lowering the res? I would also recommend disabled DSL just to see if that’s the problem. If none of this work, I would honestly do a clean install of your drivers.
(Oh, sometimes people have CPU with a integrated graphics on it. Not sure if you have one, but. Just make sure, go into Nivida panel and see if your GPU is running as default device

Your ryzen 7 5800h which is your laptop, has 2 graphics cards within, you need to RUN it on YOUR 3070! Your CPU is running the game on it's integrated graphics, do exctally what i said in my first post. "Oh, sometimes people have CPU with a integrated graphics on it. Not sure if you have one, but. Just make sure, go into Nivida panel and see if your GPU is running as default device" Doing this should fix your problem.
