they fixed that you cant join ppl on diffrent fps any more if it does that now it smost likely a bug not desyc in fps as u cant join ppl no more on diffrent fps

Then it's something else (Internet speed, regioning, who knows). Man, Idk what's wrong with 2 folks having problem with substitution in Online gameplay, despite FPS issue has been already fixed in the latest version we have.
